Easter Egg-stravaganza at Emerald IslandSaturday, April 7th, 2007 saw the Emerald Island Easter Egg Hunt. The clubhouse was packed with eager children (and their parents), ready to hunt under every bush, leaf and blade of grass until all the eggs were found. The under 5's hunted for eggs round the playground, with much success to be had. The older children swarmed over the nearby grass and flowerbeds in search of their treasure. Once all the eggs were found prized were awarded for those that found the special prize eggs and those that had the most eggs. The Easter Bunny was on hand for photos and hugs. The hunt was followed up by a feast of sub sandwiches and drinks. Thanks to our concierge staff, headed by Gwyn, for a wonderful Easter treat.
