Whether you have found a home on Emerald Island that you like the look of, or just want to see what models will suit your family best. Our guide to the models at Emerald Island is here to help you.

Most homes come in a standard configuration with some offering options for additional bedrooms. In addition, owners could upgrade everything from flooring to appliances and more.

Here we will show you the different models of homes and explain a bit more about their differences.

Townhomes

Townhomes can be found in the main Emerald Island community and in the Emerald Island Westside community. Both models have great space and amenities available for rental at a great price. You have the option of 3 or 4 bedrooms.

There are two models:

• Villa Sabine
• Sarasota

The townhomes can be found in two locations on the community. Several are located close to the clubhouse. Others can be found in the Westside of Emerald Island, an exclusive gated area of Emerald Island with its own pool & spa, located close to the tennis center for those friendly family tournaments.

Homes

There is something for everyone in the Emerald Island homes. There are four standard models to choose from with sizes ranging from 3 to 7 bedrooms. Great for single families or multiple families, several homes have multiple master suites. The home models are:

The Enclave - Harbor Series Homes

The Harbor Series homes are the estate homes of Emerald Island. Larger homes on larger lots. If you are looking for more space, consider a Harbor Series Home. Only a limited number of these homes were ever built. Most of the homes of these style are located on La Isla Drive.

There are 3 Harbor Series models:

• Charlotte Harbor
• Palm Harbor
• Grand Harbor

Where a model is labelled "home 1", "home 2" etc, the name of the home is the basic model, but we showed them with different major options (such as number of bedrooms and number of bathrooms, etc.)
