House of the Mouse is in the best location of the exclusive Emerald Island gated resort community, less than 3 miles from Walt Disney World in Kissimmee, Orlando, Florida. This is one of the few homes closest to the main communal pool, clubhouse and nature trail.
About Our Townhouse: With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, this fully air-conditioned, stylish and spacious Orlando vacation home is perfect for families of up to 8 guests.

Our townhouse is equipped with 4 TVs (cable service including HBO provided). There is a TV and DVD player in every bedroom and in the Living Room. There is a PS2 gaming console with games as well as some books and DVDs for the kids and parents to enjoy.

Downstairs we have the Kitchen, Laundry Room (with full size washer and dryer), Half Bath, Dining Room and Living Room. There is a covered patio off the Living Room. Kitchen is fully stocked with all utensils. All linens, pillows, blankets, bath towels are supplied.
Upstairs is the Master Bedroom (with en suite Bathroom), the Second and Third Bedrooms and the Second Bathroom. There is a balcony off the Master Bedroom overlooking the playground and pool area.

About the Resort: With its impressive entrance and manned gatehouse, you enter to find a delightful sub tropical landscape surrounding the Emerald Island resort and clubhouse offers an array of complimentary amenities available to all guests staying at our home. You can stay in shape in the state-of-the-art fitness room; go for a walk in Community nature walk areas; have a barbecue; stay in touch using the Community IT Center; meet your clients in resort meeting rooms or enjoy a game of volley ball or unwind in the Community Sauna/Spa/pools. Enjoy a snack and a drink at the pool-side Tikki Bar. The Clubhouse also boasts an entertainment program � including Karaoke on Saturday�s. Kids will have hours of enjoyment in the Children�s playground as well. On those evenings when you don�t feel like cooking, you can visit the many near-by restaurants.

Traveling with children? You will be pleased to know that our townhouse is smoke-free and pet-free. High chair, Portable crib and Stair gates can also be provided if required.


Vacation Rental Rates: Low Season: $70.00/Night, Mid Season: $80.00/Night, High Season: $90.00/Night, Holiday Season: $100.00/Night.

Please add 13% Florida Tax.

During Christmas/New Years, there is a 7 night minimum requirement. During other times, there is a 3 night minimum requirement. 1,2 night rentals available for a higher rate. For stays less than 6 nights, a cleaning charge of $90 will be added. No pets allowed. No smoking.

Payment accepted by Cashiers Check, Money Order or Credit Cards (using Paypal). Please note that you don't have to join Paypal to pay by credit card.
We have discounts for monthly and long term rentals.
